Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was exceptional! The rooms were spacious with a large closet and bathroom, adorned with wonderful linens, towels, and toiletries. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, giving me a 5-star experience that perfectly matched the historical elegance of the building.
I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel, overlooking the gardens, which was a great view to have. The service was lovely, but it was rather odd not to have a fridge in the room, which felt a bit strange and frustrating in this day and age, especially when wanting fresh milk for tea in the morning.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were excellent, airy, and of a good size with plenty of seating, and complimentary hot drinks were always available. The lack of a teas made wasn't a big issue. The service was top-notch, with staff always being very helpful and going out of their way to assist. The location was historically good, looking over Bath; however, it was on the small side compared to other similar standard hotels. The dining experience was fantastic, offering a great selection of food and wonderful coffee. The facilities were modern and well-equipped, making my stay very comfortable.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The conservatory room was a special touch, perfect for relaxing, watching TV, and enjoying the lovely views of the Crescent. The stone balustrade added a charming touch to the room.
The hotel offers a lovely hospitality tray in the room, though the absence of a fridge is a bit inconvenient in this day and age. The rooms could benefit from upgrades like smart TVs and improved WiFi, but the bed is comfortable. The service was exemplary, with attentive and friendly staff ready to go the extra mile. The location is excellent, with a short walk to major attractions, and the staff's dedication made our stay unforgettable. The dining experience lacked in-room options and a full English breakfast, but the available choices were satisfactory. Facilities were good, but some areas could use modernization.
